To help you stay in contact with us, you can easily give us your ideas without attending meetings and gives the Board Members the opportunity to tell you what’s happening in our community 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We continue to strive to make this community the best it can be.

The Fir Meadows Community was developed in 1968 making it one of the oldest neighborhoods located in the Graham-Spanaway area. The community is made up mainly of manufactured homes-each of the 305 lots are individually owned. However in the past few years property owners have wanted to increase the value of their land and have removed the manufactured homes to replace them with two story homes. Fir Meadows has affordable housing for both young families and the elderly. A private park facility which includes a picnic area, basketball court, a walking track as well as a baseball area. We are also one of the last communities in the area that is surrounded by greenbelts with trees over 30 years old.
